About Us

Climate Data

The climate data base is regarded as strategic for the Deciduous Fruit Industry, both from a research perspective and the monitoring of long term climate trends.

The data base consists of verified data. Verification takes place automatically through default values, as well as by experienced climatologists who conduct regression analyses to fill gaps as and when appropriate. Weather stations are serviced and calibrated biannually.
